My Shifts is an initiative of Volker Willems. Volker has been active in the hospitality industry for more than 18 years. In these 18 years it became clear to him that employers and employees often do not find each other. That is why he and his team came up with My Shifts: a platform where temporary workers and freelancers can easily look for suitable shifts with good employers. Payout and professional employers come first. Even in times of the Covid-19 crisis, we at My Shifts never sit still. We innovate and improve constantly! More fast and easy work for everyone!
